High altitude sites are always prone to low oxygen levels, so the Bronchitis patients, asthmatics or patients with any kind of allergy-related to lungs are advised to cancel this jaunt.The Valley spreads its charm throughout the season, but the most favoured is in the month of July and August when a majority of floral species are of ripe age.
